Cover is provided in respect of the insured’s legal liabilities for death, injury or disease to third parties and loss of or damage to third party property.
Public Liability £5,000,000 for any one event
Products Liability £5,000,000 for any one period of insurance
A £100 excess applies to each and every occurrence.

Employers Liability
Cover is provided in respect of the insured’s legal liability for bodily injury, death or disease to employees or labour only subcontractors arising out of and in the course of their employment by the insured in connection with the self build or conversion project.
Limit of Indemnity £10,000,000 for any one occurrence
No excess applies.
