Fees - Architects, Surveyors, Legal Consulting Engineers and other fees incurred in relation to the complete or partial rebuilding or rectifying work to the New Housing Unit.
Removal of Debris - removal of debris, dismantling or demolishing or shoring up the New Housing Unit.
Additional Costs - additional costs and expenses incurred in order to comply with building regulations or local authority provisions.
Alternative Accommodation Costs - Reasonable additional expenses for a period not exceeding 26 weeks in respect of removal, storage and alternative accommodation costs during the New Housing Unit is uninhabitable whilst the major damage which is subject to a claim under this policy is repaired or rectified.
Drains - The cost of making good any major damage to drainage system.
Waterproofing - Repairing, replacing or rectifying any part of the Waterproof Envelope within the New Housing Unit as a result of ingress of water caused by a defect in the design, workmanship, materials or components of the waterproofing elements of the New Housing Unit.
